National School Lunch Week

 It’s National School Lunch Week!

October 12–16, Nettleton Public Schools is celebrating National School Lunch Week with this year’s theme: “Cafeteria Circus!”

Learning is tough work, and our students need fuel if they’re going to learn, grow, and do their best! A healthy midday meal plays an important role in helping children stay focused and ready to learn both in and out of the classroom.

Since 1962, when President John F. Kennedy established National School Lunch Week, this annual celebration has highlighted the importance of healthy school meals and the positive impact they have on students each day.

This week, we’re celebrating our cafeteria teams and the nutritious meals they provide to our students! Thank you for helping keep our Raiders fueled and ready to learn!
